Who are we?

Gallery FortyFive specialises in supplying wholesale outdoor garden sculptures and water features to the creative industries and is a trading name of Bestall & Co Landscape Design Ltd - a VAT registered UK company (registered company number 07441877).  All personal information provided to us, including through the Gallery FortyFive website, is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and is carefully processed and stored by Bestall & Co Landscape Design Ltd.

What personal information do we collect and process?

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics when voluntarily submitted by our users e.g. social media profile, name, job title, company name, contact information including email address, and demographic information such as address and postcode etc.

  • Other information relevant to customer preferences and interests, customers surveys, offers etc.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you e.g. so we can contact you to respond to your specific enquiry or if you would like to set a trade account with us etc.  We may also receive personal information indirectly e.g. should you give consent to a retail partner, they may share their customers’ details with us when they place an order so we can deliver it to them etc.

We have a lawful basis to process data, and processing data is necessary for contracts such as creating quotations and orders etc.  We also require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and for the following reasons in particular -

  • We sell our pieces to other businesses to sell to their customers.  Should a customer contact us directly to enquire about a piece, they will be asked if they give consent for their details to be shared with a Retail Partner in their area who would then contact them directly.

  • You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 by writing to us at our business address.  A small fee will be payable and we have one month to respond to you should you wish to make a request.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
